Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days. For larger furniture items or custom pieces, delivery may take 2-3 weeks depending on your location and the specific artisan schedule.

Do you offer international shipping for home decor?

Currently, Izhar ships to all major domestic regions. We are working on expanding our logistics to support international orders in the near future. Please subscribe to our newsletter for updates.

What is your return policy for home goods?

We offer a 30-day return policy for most items in their original packaging. Please note that custom-made furniture and final sale items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged.

How can I track the status of my shipment?

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to our carrier's portal. You can also track your status directly through your Izhar account dashboard.
